If you had a previous Homekeeper that you'd like to use, you can see their full schedule and pick the best time with them:
1. Go to tidy.com or the app.
2. Log in
3. Make sure you are on the "Schedule" section (Tap/Click "Menu" in the top right to get there)
4. Tap/Click "Edit Plan"
5. Pick the cleaning type and frequency, then Tap/Click "More Times"
6. On the top of that page, there is a dropdown with your past Homekeepers and other filters. Select the person you'd like to book with to see their full schedule.
If the Homekeeper is not listed, they do not have any availability at all near you.
If the Homekeeper is listed, but doesn't have time they can be blocked by one of 2 things:
a) They are not available during that time. They would need to open up their availability in order to be booked during that time
b) They have another client that prevents booking during that time. This could mean that the other client is booked for the same time, the same time during a future week (that prevents a plan from being booked), or the Homekeeper's other clients on that day are in a different area from you (for example, the Homekeeper's other clients on a Tuesday are in the South side of town and you are in the North part). There isn't much that can be done here other than wait and see if the other clients shift in a way that you can book.
