Payment is made upfront by the credit card on your account, so you never have to pay your Homekeeper directly. It is possible to pay a Homekeeper directly if that is really important, but please make sure to coordinate with us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure things are handled correctly to avoid some kind of double billing issue.
To TIDY, We only accept credit card or debit card payments, and do not accept cash or checks unless it is to settle an owed balance on a closed account.
Tipping is definitely not required, and the vast majority of customers do not. TIDY Homekeepers are paid much more than industry average, and are aware that no tip is required.
