Payment is made upfront by the credit card on your account, so you never have to pay your Homekeeper directly. If a Homekeeper ever asks for payment directly, you can coordinate with us at concierge@tidy.com to make sure things are handled correctly to avoid some kind of double billing issue.
We only accept credit card payments, and do not accept cash or checks unless it is to settle an owed balance on a closed account.
Tipping is definitely not required, and the vast majority of customers do not. TIDY Homekeepers are paid much more than industry average, and are aware that no tip is required. You can tip your Homekeepers, though, if you like.
