We do everything we can to ensure every Cleaning is completed as scheduled. Unfortunately emergencies do happen that cause this to not always be the case.
If your Homekeeper cancels a Cleaning within 24 hours, you can easily resolve the issue directly through your profile at tidy.com. When you log on, you will see the cleaning with a note that your Homekeeper called out. From there, you will have the option to: 1) Add $10 of credit to your profile for the inconvenience and 2) Blacklist the Homekeeper from your profile so they aren't scheduled with you again.
