If your Homekeeper doesn't show up and never sent a notification that they couldn't make it, please let us know as we take this very seriously. When this happens, it means the Homekeeper checked in and confirmed they would go to the cleaning and then never showed up (if they never check in we send you a notification).
The easiest way to report this is through your profile at tidy.com. Just log in and select "Report an Issue" under the date of the cleaning.
You can then select "My Homekeeper did not show up"
From there just choose if you want to add a $10 credit to your profile for the inconvenience, and if you want to blacklist the Homekeeper so they aren't scheduled with you again.
Finally, you'll be able to decide what to do about this cleaning. You can skip it and wait for your next one, reschedule just the cleaning, or reschedule your whole plan.
